We went to his final race when he retired in 96 or 97 (CRS) at San Jose Fairgrounds track. There was a huge crowd that night as folks from all over the U.S. were there. He was gracious enough to even a long autograph session under the stands before the show. It was the end of a long and storied career. Miss that guy!

| I read an article in Sprint Car and Midget awhile ago that he was Jimmy Sills brother in law. Never knew that. Pretty funny.
