Derek & Travis started on the Pole Last Night !
Again a HUGE Thanks to Derek, Travis & the Whole Gang. They made a Trip of A Life Time & Dream Come True We visited Knoxville Friday Night sitting in the SCHoF Executive Suites for the USAC Midget Nationals & ASCS (ASCoT) Races.
Saturday was English Creek Speedway, The Sprint Car Hall Of Fame, USAC Midgets & 410's. Afterwards a visit to Dingus
Late on pics as we had to make one last stop at Dingus then up early to fly home.
Words can't describe what this trip was to me ! TERRIFIC !
If You ever get a chance go to Knoxville
Working on them now !

Still impatiently waiting on Derek's Knoxville Report from last week.
Pretty sure the silence may be used against you guys in the m/b court of law.

As far as my side of the fence & a Knoxville report goes, I had a Blast !
I think EXPERIENCE may be the key word here. It's tough the first time at a new track, Racers say finding the right line, Photog's say finding the "sweet spot" You kinda move around & find your comfy zone............ Track conditions for Racers, Track lighting for Photog's.
Overall a GREAT Experience & I learned a lot. Met some Great People & found some Track food that even I could stomach

I saw Gary Taylor at the Kennedale (tx) ASCS race last night, and assume he will be next door at Cowtown tonight.
Track started taking rubber in the first heat, during the main he was the only driver that had enough throttle control not to smoke tires. Think he finished 3rd. It was a bit of a boring race, more a long hot lap session than a main.
