Saturday night willamette speedway hosted the 2nd Wingless warrior race of 2008. Roger Crocket made his non wing debut struggling in the early part of the night but when all was said and done Roger figured it out to beat the fourteen car field.
The midget portion of the event had a foutrteen car field. Jeff bell showed that the focus midgets are extremely fast at Willamette Speedway winning his second Wingless Warrior race of 2008. The next Wingless Warrior series race will be October 4th stay tuned for purse information and formats.

Struggles at the early part of the night to mean qualifying? It sounds like the full invert lent an advantage. Good Job to Roger.

I was down there last night & by the time the sprint main started there was only about 3 feet of moisture on the bottom & thats where most of them ran. Jay Barnes had a good run & finished 4th running the middle to high in 1 & 2 & right thru the "
black" in 3 & 4. Always fun watching Jay run non wing.
