1..........pay off all debt

2..........take advantage of the low home prices and scarf up many to sit on and sell when the market comes back up and make another million.

3..........buy 3 or 4 nice complete DLM's, a hauler, build a nice race shop and hire a pit crew.

4..........buy several apartment complexes to keep a steady income flowing.

5..........donate several hundred thousand to local humane societies.

6..........choose one homeless person and give them another chance at a decent life.

7...........build a new dirt track in Oregon with all the bells and whistles.

And not necessarily in that order!

It would make a nice start to the first coverd sprintcar track in the northwest with heated concrete stands, nothin like dreamin big time. So I would have to hit mega mill for 150.000.000 or better.
