If anyone can, or does, get live updates on the action can you post results here please? I know there are NW teams down there!

In advance, thanks!

Jonathan Allard won tonight's main event from the 13th starting spot. Behind JA were Brad Furr, Roger Crockett, Tyler Walker, and Kyle Larson. Kyle started dead last (24th).

Other notables...Brent Kaeding was sixth after starting 22nd. Shane Stewart was a heat race winner and he charged from 18th to ninth in the A. Chad Groves also won his heat race and he got 18th.

Nate complete redue. Ran like the ASCS format pill draw, passing points. Lined you up for what main you got into.

Racing all night was a flip fest. If not flips broken cars. Chad Groves running like 8th in the A Main, hit a big rut in turn 1 and popped the back way up in the air. Car broke going into turn 3.

Congrats to RC for a nice 3rd place.  Not sure if he is running anymore or not...maybe with the Outlaws...before his surgery.  Anyone know?

Wasn't exactly the same as the ascs format.  You received 55 points for winning the heat races with points droping 2 per position and then you received 1.5 points for positions gained.  This is a much more even playing field then the ascs 3 point drop per position.  It made up some for having to start towards the back.

It was one heck of a rough track.  Congrats to Allard on one heck of a win!  It was entertaining to say the least.

ASCS 3 points per position, thats way to much. 2 points and 1.5 points per pass.

No arguements with that.  At least with 2 pts per position you had a chance to better your odds. Just becuase you won your heat did not mean you were gaurunteed to be in the top 8.  Which was not the case with the nw ascs series this year. Oh well, the year is over and hopefully some things will get looked at this winter.

I know I'm late on this-but it seemed every time I tried to get results in a timely manner-nothing was posted! They must have a new guy doing the results page!

Don't get me wrong, Way to go for Kyle.  But that had a lot to do with the rough track and his apparent capability to avoid some really narly wrecks.  Pill draws have a purpose but I believe mainly on where you should time in.
