Howdy all,

I've just about had enough...  Racing is so unfair!  There needs to be reform and "Change I can believe in!"

-  What's with payout schedules at most tracks?  The winner gets paid the most, and pay is progressively less as one finishes toward the back.  The winners can obviously afford to go fast.  Pay should be given first to those who wreck and finish in the rear so the can have an equal opportunity to become winners.

-  Actually the word "winner" should not be used, as that title is only given to one person.  Instead "Competitive Challenger" should be used to label all involved.

-  I'm so tired of flaggers on their power trips.  ANYONE has the right to race whatever kind of car, wherever they want on track, whenever they desire, in whatever direction they feel like, without fear of punishment from the governing body.  Furthermore black flags should never be presented without due process, and a vote by the racer's peers.  If a black flag is deemed necessary the driver needs to be given the opportunity for treatment in a "Driving Skill," "Anger Management," or "Mechanical Proficiency" program before being forced to leave the track.

-  Racing is one of the most segregated prejudice entities still permitted in America.  Most tracks force cars to race in their "class" and cars are not permitted to race where they may choose.  Late Models are not permitted to race with Cage Karts or Micro Sprints and this only promotes "class envy."  Who are the officials to say that a Pro-4 or a Dwarf can't compete in the main event at an ASCS race?

-  Furthermore, I'm sick of touring series coming and infecting the culture of local tracks.  The ASCS, WOD, ODSS, Bud I-5, and WOO are examples of series coming in and pilaging the natural resources of clay, pit space, and prize money of local tracks.  As well as forcing their culture of their tech rules and flagging protocol.

-  The corporate execs in the racing world also disgust me.  They cater only to their automobile special interest groups and have NO regard for, and exclude from competition, Mr. Average Joe in his tuner Honda or the poor little five year old girl who just want's to get on the track and race her "Barbie Playland" tricycle with the Modifieds.

The world of racing disgusts me and you had all better get more "progressive" minded or I might organize a protest rally!

:X:X:X:X:X
