| Any word on how the kiddo is doing? Heard he took a ride in the midget tonight, as did Allison Journey (I believe the driver's name is).....

Just got back from meeting with Austin & his dad in McCleary (just got out of Mark Reed Hospital). The kid took a wild ride. Went nose to tail & barrel rolled a few times. He has some lower leg(s) pain & a mid thigh to mid calf brace on his left leg. As of now there is no apparent fractures. Seth is staying with me tonight & we'll be working on the Midget in the AM.
He's in good spirits (i think it's the Vicadin).
Allison was more upset than hurt. did some cosmetic damage to the car, needs some welding & a few bolt on pieces.

| Thats really good to hear that no serious injury on Austin. I was trying to get the videos uploaded but having internet problems where get the videos about halfway uploaded and then lose connection and having to start over, I will try to get them uploaded tomorrow afternoon. Thanks for the update, Brian. Think the world of Austin (and his bro), and scared me when I was hearing the reports about the wreck via phone/text (Thanx for the updates, Andrew!!!)

| A BIG thank you to everyone who has called & offered to help out on the car. I will be on the phone ordering parts in the am. If everything goes as planned, we will be out for the Night before the Big One. We're hoping for a speedy recovery with Austin. He tells me today "I'm driving even If you have to lift me in & outta the car!". Thats a dedicated driver!

I watched the YouTube videos posted by princen17 and both Austin and Allison's flips were very nasty. I'm glad to hear that both are OK.

Heres a strange fact from last Sat. GHR FF Midget race & last Sat. Knoxville Sprint Car race...
As most of you know both Travis Cram & Joe Beaver are related to the Brownfields & Hespes, & both are regulars @ Knoxville. well...
Both Travis & Joe flipped their Sprint Cars during Knoxvilles weekly race (both are ok) & Austin flipped his midget at GHR.
We're glad to hear that all three are doing good.

I promised Austin I'd watch him race at least once this year, and when I finally did so on Saturday he rolled it big. I just told Austin that I declared I won't see anymore of his races. That way, he will not crash it and go to the hospital again.
