Well........ We will be in the stands up in Seattle for the NHRA event for this Weekend. When it's really hot out, that's brutal! The races start around 9am and end around 5pm. At least the NoST races run at night! I'll have my wife get a gallon jug of Aloe Vera from Costco! The toughest part of the trip is going to be up the passes to and from Medford. There's really no choice but to do that in the early morning. I'm sure it will be a long, hot, fun week! I'm looking forward to the Sunset at Medford!

I'm sure we will be a little tired, but ready to go! The campgrounds are small, so look for the green duelly Ford with a 27 ft Salem trailer and an Astro mini van! See ya then!
That is about the time we will get there too. I want to be able to watch some of the rigs pull in. I was already warned about how small the campground was and I want to get there early before it gets too tight.

| Just heard from Smokin Joe about speedweeks. Work is getting in the way and he won't be at Medford or Cottage Grove, but hopes to make Lebanon and definately will be at Elma. This is too bad because Joe is really fast right now. This last weekend in Edmonton at the Gold Cup he won his heat, the dash, and was already lapping the tenth place car on the 13th lap when he got squeezed into the front stretch wall. Nobody else was within a straightaway of him, goodbye $5000 payday. So I guess we shall see if he can win the $5000 at Elma.

| That is too bad he will not be at CG. I sure hope he makes it to Willamette. I was looking forward to seeing him race.

Walp. I'll be at Cottage Grove and Willamettte, then it's off to Skagit for USAC/CRA. Nice week...
Look for the vintage Dakota with an Ogio stand bag in it, lol....
