Wow a year goes fast, this day last year started NST Speedweek, seems like just yesterday.

Speedweek will start in just 3 weeks and I can't wait. I'll be up there for the first three races then coming back down to Cali for the GSC final weekend in Chico.

Anybody from here going to be in Medford, Cottage Grove or Lebanon?

I know for sure that BK & Kent are coming up.

Not 100% sure on JA, I have heard he is, then I hear he isn't. Not sure if they can get an engine from Shark or not. There will be some changes with Williams Motorsports in the next few weeks. I wasn't really supposed to say anything, but it's reported on http://www.Hammerdownusa.com, so...DMJ will be out of the 0k at the end of the GSC season. DMJ has been in talks with the Mcmillen 10 team so we'll see how it all goes. If some haven't heard, Stephen Allard and the Mcmillen 10 team parted ways on Saturday morning. Williams Motorsports will be a one car team for the rest of the year after July28-29.

Gary I am saving for NaST at GHR in August, so I will probably only make the Willamette Speedway show.

Carcrash- If JA does in fact go then it will just be for the first three. We both have to be down in Chico for the weekend because that will be the final two races of the Golden State Challenge Series season. I know that both of us would love to be there for the full week but our priorities make it impossible. :)

Hope to see ya in Willamette Paul.

I would look for BK to make a run at the whole thing like last year. I don't see any reason to only run the first three like JA. JA is fighting for a championship in GSC and has to go back to point race after first three. BK does not. Heck, last year I believe when BK came up he had the GSC point lead and lost it racing the Evergreen Challenge instead of going back. He ended up winning Speedweek. I think this old man will take BK to win it all again..   Besides that Brent told me last year he had a blast at our party on thursday night at the speedway hosted by BEACH HUT VACATIONS! Can't miss that!

Man I wish I could get up to that party! Sounds like a good time.

I really hope JA can make it up to the first three races. I know we won't have as much California contingent this year due to the ASCS rule, however, BK, Kent and JA are three of the biggest names we have, so they will be more than enough. ;):)

I hope Rutz has a better Speedweek this year. He couldn't catch a break at last year's Speedweek.

Dang I can't wait. I had an awesome time last year and know it will be just as good this time.  Hopefully I'll see some you there.

Really wish you could come up too, kiddo. You would enjoy it (enjoyed the party last year).  But, something tells me you just might have a GSC championship to help celebrate down there.....:);) (that I wish I could be down there for)

What about the rumors about Lasoski driving the Doyles HD car?  BTW,  As I was leaving GHR (Fred`s memorial)  I saw Doyles rig sitting in the parking lot.

Jonathan Allard isn't going to be coming up to Speedweek this year. It is just too close to the time they leave for the mid west. They want to get everything ready for the big trip, so no Speedweek this year.

Racin Jason doin the dirt NW style!  I gained a lot of respect for him last year at CG when he was first on the scene at Tony Thomas`s nasty crash. He went right to work on getting the wing off the car so medics could get him out.  Great addition to speedweek!!!

I have also heard that if Brent Kaeding isn't fit enough to run Speedweek, either Bud or TK might fill in for him. That's what Bud said in Watsonville. Brent is going to try and run Tulare next weekend.

He took quite a spill recently, and got his bell rung pretty good. Bud was filling in for him down in Watsonville last night.

Hey Michelle.....Are you reading this?  Sizing up the competition for Billy?  He`s been clinging to that points lead most of the summer!  Getting ready for speedweek!  BTW   How did he do last night?

Results from Saturday Night-

1. Billy Nutter
2. Dan Menne
3. Randy Rodgers
4. Todd Zeitler
5. Garren Linder
6. TJ Winningham
7. Adam Main
8. Charlie Thompson
9. Chadd Noland
10. Brendan Boyce
11.Dan Hix
12. Pat Desbiens
13. Jeremy Lowe
DNS-Cale Carder, Jerrod Goodnough

Cale Carder had a nasty wreck and is very sore, so I don't know about him for Speedweek.
The track was great-Jim Rogers at So. Or. Speedway did a fantastic job-if its like that for speedweek-we are in for some fun!
I knew about Lasoski, but didn't know about Jason. There will be more suprises I'll bet!
This is gonna be a tough speedweek, no doubt about it. My hopes are that its a safe one for drivers, fans, and officials.
All Bill can do is his best, and with a little luck maybe he can suprise some of the big dogs!

I am disappointed that BK will not race, but that is the breaks and he needs to take care of himself.

I will be at CG and Willamette this year. We will be camping at the track. Is anyone else staying at the track, cause that is going to be party night.

BK might still race. If he feels good this weekend in Tulare I'm sure he'll be competing at Speedweek.

Good luck to the Nutter gang at Speedweek!

Crew 8, We changed our plans a little bit, We're going to Medford after the NHRA races in Seattle on Sunday! We'll see you at CG around noon or so on Tuesday. I'm sure we will be a little tired, but ready to go!  The campgrounds are small, so look for the green duelly Ford with a 27 ft Salem  trailer and an Astro mini van! See ya then!:D

OK guys, you know that I'm a "weather" nut-but honestly, be prepared for Monday. Saturday is supposed to be 110, and cool down to 105 by Monday! Over 100 for the rest of the week-thank god for no humidity!

Maybe 15 minutes out-very close. I think you go out by the Village Green and head east and you run into it- mapquest it though, its been a while since I've been there. I know its close though.
