Ok, since we pay the bill here I/we (Rick & I) will pull the plug.
The Wilskey's will do and can do what they feel is right it is there deal. I would hope they would follow the great plan that was laid out for us. Either way I wish them the very best of luck.
I can tell you that Grays Harbor Raceway will be 100% ASCS in 2007 so those that have spent the money switching and supported the vision .... feel good about it. GHR is your home and will support you for supporting it.
As for our ASCS rules being different than the national rules.... the national rules have a 1% tolerance/allowance per the 360CI.... this is not in the NST book. Of course we cannot know why - however in talking to Tommy Estes Jr at ASCS ... and some of the NST staff it is my/our belief that it was a simple oversight as Fred was aligning with the rest of the country .... even going as far as having a discussion at the 2006 Chili Bowl with Emmett Hahn about hosting a national event at GHR and the details of said event.
As for this thread.... .... this folks is what gives message boards a bad name it is embarrassing to even participate in. This is not what our mods have worked to provide.
