I don't have the whole thing.  Messages came via the cell phone.  I had to work and couldn't get over there in time.  :X

I'm sure one of the reporter guys will get it out soon. :)

What I was told -

30 or 31 cars

Van Dam from row 4 was cool

track a little rough

too many yellows

The pace truck is a nice little ride!:dude:

Who rents motors out in the NW? Is this a very profitable venture, renting legal motors?

Usually it is one of the teams that has an extra motor that ends up renting them when needed, but from the information I got this one was from Ben Curtis.

Thanks Mike- I know that it is common for motor builders in other areas to have a rental plan- more common in the old days before the expensive bullets we see today. But I was not aware of any motor builders that were currently offering a rental program.

I was there and they gave Van Dam the win.  Did something happen after the races?

DQ'd after going through tech after the race.  Usually they send the cars over the scales right after the race, and if they are within the weight limit, they determine the winner, but they then will do a more thorough tech at the trailer (pumping motors, checking injector size  etc.......)  They must have found it at that time.

Incorrect injectors on the motor.

The Injector  diameter was to large they did not have there restrictors in there stacks, not a motor builders responsibility! Blu you used 2 words in racing that dont go very well together...Racing and Profit!
