Fred Rannard will be on the full throttle racing show speaking about the FBM.
Today - Fred should be on between 6:30 & 7PM.

I'm on the first floor .... no elevator and i don't like stairs. uh view ..... I am told many times that view inside of the BH is much better than out ...  hmmm that makes me wonder ..... did Fred really miss me ..... 2.5 hour visit ............................

I thought You would at least plant palm trees, have BlueTeam truck in some sand & have Bikini Babes (errrrr Trophy Girls) serving Refreshments with those cute little umbrellas in them to your customers ......... 
Business would probably be BOOMING
