This weekend, August 9, 2008 at the Super Stock Miller 200, if Tom Moriarity, with six Main Event wins this season, or Gary Lewis, also with six Main Event wins this season, can keep their streak alive and make it seven in a row, South Sound Speedway will donate $500.00 to the Brandt family and team.
At around 8:00 PM, at the line up for the start of the Miller 200, we will also have a 20 minute Meet and Greet with the Drivers and Fans on the front stretch and at that time we will also pass the helmet to take up a collection for the fund.
The staff at South Sound Speedway would like to send our support to Frank Brandt, Christian Roeder, and the #84 Brandt law Firm Racing Team. It saddens all when we loose one of our own from our racing community.
Back gate opens at 1:00 PM; front gate opens at 4:45 PM with qualifying starting at 5:00 PM, and racing at 6:30 PM. Autograph session – Meet and Greet with the Drivers and Fans around 8:00 PM. Visit southsoundspeedway.com for more information.
