IN MEMORY OF DOUG WALTERS

Doug Walters, owner of Sunset Speedway, died Thursday evening in an auto accident. As tragic as this is, he would want racing to continue. So, with heavy hearts, we'll race both Saturday night and Sunday afternoon as scheduled. Doug made Sunset Speedway an awesome track, and we'll always remember him for his hard work and dedication to racing.

this is vary sad.
i talked to Doug last Saturday.
is was one of the nicest guys you could ever meet.
