There will be a new Champion as year five of the Northwest Outlaw Street Stock Series culminates with this years biggest racing weekend. Four drivers will be vying for the coveted honor of "King of the Outlaws 2007".
Wenatchee Valley Super Oval will host the Outlaw Championship for the third straight year on Saturday night September 22. Garrett Evans' spotless raceplex will also invite all outlaws and guests to a $1000 to win open race Sunday September 23rd. There is an open practice on Friday night and camping will be allowed at the track; no campfires and remember WVSO is in a residential area so no noise after 11:00pm. All street stocks are welcome to join us for this fun weekend.
The Championship could go to Kevin Carver from Spanaway, Bob Greiner of Wenatchee, Mike Press of Graham or Gary Homad also of Wenatchee. With over 90 points possible in a nights racing the drama and the calculating will be intense. Greiner's late season charge with a win at South Sound on September 8th closed the point gap to a mear twelve points.
