Just so you all know, My name is Rick Terry and I am one of the OWNERS of this board. This is a public forum but is owned by private parties and our rules and guidelines will be enforced. We started this board to enhance,help,promote and try to keep racing in a positive light. There are 6 moderators plus moderators from racetracks for any particular track thread. Each and every one has the power to edit,delete or ban. It is not easy. At times it is very difficult and don't ever think that anyone of us takes it lightly. I have been a race official most of my life and this is kinda the same. We are not always right but then, who is. I am sorry you if you don't agree. As far as your first amendment rights go, that is old news. It does not apply here. Got a lawyer, been there, done that. Just think of it as you coming into my store and cussing me out (example only). You think I am going to stand for it? Nope, I am gonna throw you out. My sandbox,my rules.
DCS and Skagit forums have historically been problems for the last 3 years which is why the racetracks watch them now. We feel privileged to have racetrack participation on our board and will not jeopardize that with negativity. We are here to promote racing in a positive way.
In closing, I want to express to all of you how much we appreciate all the members. Without them we would be nothing. 99% of the time everything is cool. Sometimes things just take a wrong turn and we have to nip it in the butt.
If you don't agree with what we are doing then there are many boards out there that you can say what you want,do what you want,post what you want. We are just a different choice than those. You must choose to stay or choose to go. No matter what, the guidelines will not change.

This is a great board and let's make it even more gooder.  Gotta beef...take it outside.  Many thanks to these guys for creating a venue where we can talk and see racing. They even let me put up adult content...but being the tight ship that it is Rick checked it out to make sure it was legit and child proof. Anyway...thanks guys...you are all too cool.
