| Very curious to see where this will all go, and in particular where Fred Brownfield and (chances are) Steve Beitler will go regarding this.

Heres a link that has some projections to who will go where and what tracks will go to what leagues. Found this pretty interesting. All the projections are at the bottom of the page. http://www.hammerdownusa.com/2006split.htm

| Is this the beginning of the end of the World of Outlaws? Any predictions on when it's last year will be?

| My opinion is that most of the "On The Fence" drivers will go with the NSCL. The reason being is that Kinser is there and that is now going to be the premiere sprint car organization. Last edited on Saturday Sep 24th, 2005 09:59 PM by

I agree. They will go with the other big names drivers. It will be interesting to see what happens if WoO doesn't sign more teams...

I'm with you guys...NSL will come out on top, they've got the backing and they've got the majority of the drivers. If you're a promoter it's gonna be hard to book the WoO with only 5 drivers signed (so far).
I predict WoO starts the '06 season, but doesn't finish it.

If that does happen, then what happens to the teams that signed with the World of outlaws? Can they go and race with NSL? or will they still be bound by some contract that says they can't race with NSL?

| I am sure NSL would welcome any new teams at any time.

| For the record, neither organization has an agreement in place with Skagit Speedway. Both or neither are free to negotiate race dates if they so choose.

I'm sure they would be released from the contracts considering there would not be much demand for 6 teams touring by themselves racing locals.

If they only have six teams they most likely won't have a series so it would be a non issue.

If you notice on the Hammerdown editorial about who is aligned with who, there are question marks next to a number of tracks. As sometimes is the case, based upon the negotiations that took place this summerand the information that was given out, it was easy for Bobby to assume that there was an agreement in place. However we all know now that no signed contract has been executed, leaving Skagit Speedway a free-agent to entertain offers, or no offers with either group. There is no guarantee that either group will choose to race here next year or in the future. Or that either group will race anywhere next year.
But it will be fun to watch it shake out. I just wish it turns out to be the best for the racing community.

According to an article I read, possibly the hammerdown article, even the WOO drivers under contract have a loophole that allows them to race like 25 non-WOO events. They may be able to run NSL while still under contract with WOO.

But supposedly WoO (Dirt) have no contracts with any tracks, and if more teams don't sign with them then what track will want them there. If more teams don't sign you would think they would let those guys out of their contracts since there wouldn't be any racing or want for them. You would think that NSCL would try to pick up all their schedule dates...just what I think anyways. I know that if I owned a track that the WoO had a scheduled date at and I was in this circumstance that I would want to fill that date with a show equal to that which I had there previously. Which will now be NSCL.

| Right. I'm just saying with whatever regular season (if any) WOO will have, those drivers may be able to still run with the NSL.

I find it very interesting that Boundless (D.I.R.T.) posted official penalties that could be brought against members of the new deal on their website..It would seem to me that they are threatening to do it by just putting them out there for everybody to see..If they take any action it could keep the "KING KINSER" from his next crown and put Dollansky in a position to win the championship..Keep in mind that Dollansky is the highest in points of the 5 that D.I.R.T. has signed for 06..To say D.I.R.T. is po'd is probably an understatement..I have already sold my Boundless stock....Rickt
