Kaeding is a good choice, but what amazes me is the lack of Northwest racers in the Hall of Fame.  Sure, we have Jim Raper, Allen Heath, and Grant King...but the people in charge of nominating people for the Hall of Fame seem to show a glaring lack of knowledge pertaining to some really, really good racers that we have in our region.
Jerry Day, Gerry McLees, Ross Fontes,  and Doug James were all top notch.  Jesse Norton ran well in Pennsylvania, Vern Church won a big show back in Ohio.
Most people in the Hall deserve to be there, but there are quite a few Northwest racers that deserve to be there also.

gotta agree to a certain extent. Alot of folks in the east and midwest still think of us out here as the left coast and its like we are on the other side of the earth and being in the NorthWest is even tougher:?
