If you are having login problems, please follow the instructions below. Try to login after completing each step and stop when you can login successfully.
First of all, if you see a "reset the cookie used by this board" link on your board's login page, try using it. If after using this link, the problem persists, you might need to check your web browser settings.
Internet Explorer 6 Users:
- Go to Tools > Internet Options, click Delete Cookies and then OK.

- Go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy, and make sure that the privacy setting is set to Medium. If not, set it to medium, and click OK.

- Go to Tools > Internet Options > General, click the Settings button, and make sure that "check for newer versions of stored pages" is set to automatically. If not, set it to "automatically", and click OK.

FireFox Users:
Go to Tools > Options > Privacy. Click on Cookies to open its options, and make sure that Allow sites to set cookies is checked. If this setting is already checked, click the Clear button next to Cookies to clear cookies.

Nothing worked?
If changing your browser settings did not help, check whether you are using a third-party Internet firewall/security/antivirus software. Some of these software may block cookies, and cause login problems.

Here is some additional info that may help.... I hope. We are working on these issues. .... hang with us folks.
I have one correction to helping users fix login problems. You say to put it on autiomatic on the first tab after clicking the settings button. Actually what is the recommended setting it to put it on Every visit to this page and reduce the size of you brower cache to no larger than 60MB. Setting your Internet options in this matter forces Internet explorer to always goto the web to get the page and not rely on the cache. I't much faster to get the page and have it dispayed correctly then it sifting through your browser cache. IE takes up 10% of your total hard drive and sets it aside. That could mean checking through 3GB on a 30GB drive. Roughly 3 min on most machine. You could have already have brought up the page and moved on. Also auto mode only checks contents of the cache once per session meaning it only check to see if content out of date once everytime the machine is rebooted. All other time will goto cache first. An added messure is to goto the advanced tab and near the bottom of all the options check the box
"Empty Temporary Internet Files Folder when browser is closed."
that way your cache is auto emptied whenever IE is closed

The only setting mine PC was not on was the "Every Visit to this Page". Even applying this still does not allow me to log in automatically. As a matter of fact when I used the "reset cookies" on the login page it told me that I had to "enable cookies to login".

I got it to work!!! It wasn't anything you guys came up with although those were good ideas...they didn't work. It was something else, but I figured it out after a while. Now I'm going to bed...I think. THANKS!

| I had my cookies turned off...like an idiot. It was something that was greyed out. You have to go to Internet Option then to Privacy then hit the Advanced button. When the new screen comes up, put a check in the Override Cookie Handling box and when the stuff gets ungreyed, put a check in the Always Allow Session Cookies box. That worked for me. Hopefully it will work for you.

| Oh well, my typing fingers will just get more of a workout. Between my fingers typing, my rear end on the couch, 12oz curls and pressing the remote buttons I get quite a workout. I would say within 15 or 20 years I should be in good shape, or dead....LMAO!!!
