Juan Pablo almost had a pole.  Just one little
mistake.  Those darn NASCAR officials just
don't let a guy get away with nothin'.  :P
How about that Mark Martin.  He is something else!
Glad to see he still wants to drive a few races.

to much gas in your ash........ end shocks

Nascar dictates only 75lbs of pressure allowed in gas chamber of shocks. Pablo was over that. No grey area with Nascar anymore. More pressure in shock and the backend stays up allowing spoiler to stay in the wind longer..Few years ago teams were building shocks stronger than springs to hold up the car. What they amounted to was bombs waiting for a place to go off with pressures 150lbs and more..

Thanks for the explanation.  That spelled it out
pretty well.  Can understand why the extra
pressure would help to stabilize a car and,
dwalaa, you go faster!

What are the odds that the front runner in the
Chase would have three bad races in a row?

Just curious....
