| Can anyone tell us about the crash and fight that broke out at Madras 6-21-08. Saw the video on you tube also, I think by the same guy that taped the main???

We were'nt in attendence that evening but I do believe the video tells the story. Video of the crash was filmed by a local Mini truck driver from the pit side.
The usual cause of a fight is due to someone being unhappy.

After the flip Bill jumped out of the car and ran over to tackle the other driver as he exited his car. Bill collapsed shortly after the fight started, was put on a back brace and taken to Madras and then Bend via ambulance. Bill Winsley (the flipper) had a concussion and severe bruising to his ribs. I don't know the injuries to the other driver, but he walked away and looked ok.

Thanks for the details, Chris. A little WWF action is a fan pleaser..........or so they say. Funny how action of this nature travels so quickly. We received a phone call around midnight with the details while we were in Elma, Washington. Got more phone calls during breakfast the next morning. Had messages about the action when we got home..................
I did hear that the local driver is OK.

33 Car of Randy Kilby. He has ran with us both times this year. He normally runs a wing at Madras. And has got taken out both times also.
