Yeppers..........that is somewhat backwards! It felt like rain here in Central Oregon around 10 AM Satruday morning as we were heading out to Willamette Speedway. Some clouds at WS but stayed dry...........
The Farmers Almanac says the high desert will be wetter than in recent years. So far that's true.
