POST FALLS, IDAHO – April 5, 2008 – Due to continual snow fall and unfavorable conditions for fans and racers at the facility, Stateline Speedway officials have canceled the Racer’s Jamboree scheduled for April 5 and have postponed opening events at the track for a week until Saturday April 12.
The season premiere of Wednesday Night Fever has also been moved out a week to April 16.
Instead the season will kick off next Saturday April 12 with the Racer’s Jamboree with qualifying at 4pm. An extra practice session will be held Thursday April 10 from 4pm to 7pm.
The point’s race for the ICAR Racing Series is rescheduled July 12.
Unfavorable weather in the form or rain snow mix is forecasted into next week.
