Well as it stands now there is a difference between the national rules and our rules....which few have figured out.
From what I heard from santa is..... after my x-mas present is delivered just after the first of the year the rules just might align with each other. My present was sent to the ASCS headquarters after the PRI show for final inspection.
Maybe our rules are more "open" then we realized and ASCS will adopt ours?
Guess we'll see....

Well, let me clarify that statement.. "not in everyones world is there Santa" and that would include mine. But that does not mean it can't exist in yours or yours or yours etc,etc,etc...
