(Ephrata, WA) With the 2008 Ephrata Raceway Park racing season fast approaching things are happening fast.
There will be two early season Motocross races at ERP. April 6th and April 13th. Open practice will follow the Motocross races on the Saturday April 26th.
The season opener will be the 3rd Annual Cast Iron Winged Sprint Nationals May 3rd featuring a 50 lap, $1,000 to win Winged Sprint Car race. Also on the opening race schedule is the Limited Late Models and the ERP Mini Stocks. Craig Deaver has won the first two Cast Iron Winged Sprint Nationals, can anyone knock off the King?
New to ERP in 2008 will be the Big Cars. Think of them as V-8 Hornets on Steroids. Return visits are scheduled with the NW Outlaw Street Stocks, NSRA, NW Legends, NW Pro4 Pickups, Big Sky Late Models, Vintage Sprints, Golden Wheels, and August 30th is Topless Night featuring the Sprints, Vintage Sprints, WMRA Midgets, and Golden Wheels.
