Racing returns to the quarter mile high banked oval at Ephrata Raceway Park with one of the tracks signature events. This Saturday, the 3rd Annual Cast Iron Winged Sprint Nationals. Two time defending champion Craig Deaver is expected to appear, along with the local CROW Sprints, WESCO Sprint cars and outlaw Sprint car drivers from other tracks and organizations. All looking to take home the $1,000 winners check from the $6,000 posted purse.
Also on the schedule is the Desert Dust 50 Limited Late Model Racing Series Season Opener. Early indications are that the LLMRS will be joined by some other regional traveling teams and a few cars from the Big Sky Late Model group.
Additionally, the Mini Stocks and Adult Hornets are scheduled.
Gates open at 5pm, with time trials at 6 and racing at 7pm!
