Ever the promoter, Fred Brownfield (right) congratulates Danny Lasoski while, at the same time, slapping on 'The Dude' a National Sprint Tour hat for winner's circle pictures after Lasoski won the NST main event May 2 at Davenport Speedway in Davenport, Iowa.

I remember those laps Fred took.  I believe that is me in the yellow coat.  I had a stop watch on him.  Can't remember the time but I know it wasn't till mid season that someone was able break his time.  The guy still had it.
